AppStop is built with privacy by design. We do not track you, show no ads, operate no analytics tracking servers, and require no account creation.
AppStop stores selected apps and websites, user preferences, focus break history, optional intention reflections, Focus Points, and rank strictly on your local device. Data is shared between the main app and Apple Screen Time extensions via an encrypted on-device App Group container.
Physical squat and balance challenges process accelerometer and gyroscope motion on your device in real time solely to detect reps and balance stability. Raw motion data is never recorded, never stored permanently, and never transmitted over any network.
Lifetime Pro purchases and restores are processed directly by Apple via StoreKit 2. AppStop receives cryptographically verified entitlement status from Apple to unlock features. We never receive or store your credit card or financial details.
You maintain full control over your data. You can remove shielded apps, clear intention history in Settings, and revoke Screen Time or Notification permissions at any time via iOS Settings. Deleting the application removes its local data from your device.
